Corrosion protection and packaging in one. This is what we offer you with our corrosion protection foil BIOCOR®, the first VCI corrosion protection film from nature. Based on fruit extracts without amines, without nitrites and therefore safe for occupational medicine.

VCI corrosion protection film, LD-PE film, with integrated vapor phase inhibitor. A high grade multi-metal protection, weldable, environmentally and workplace friendly, toxicologically safe, nitrite free and recyclable. The Biocor® is suitable for storage, as well as export packaging of spare parts, machinery/equipment, and is approved for food confectionery machinery.

Scope of protection: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper.

                          Forms of delivery: Flat bags, zipper bags, tubular films in various widths, gusseted bags, hoods of any design.

The evaporation of the inhibitors from films is somewhat delayed. Before extreme climatic stress, BIOCOR-VCI film should be allowed to build up its full protection for approx. 10 – 12 hours.

By adding desiccant, VCI chip or CTX corrosion protection paper, the start-up phase can be bridged easily and cost-effectively.
