Climate packaging

Climatic packaging made of aluminium compound film, the water vapour-tight packaging in which the air envelope surrounding the packaged goods can be physically or chemically modified, e.g. by adding desiccant (dehumidification) or VCI paper (chemical passivation). Mode of action: Specially developed composite films with a pore-free rolled aluminum insert of more than 10µ ensure extremely low water vapor diffusion, which is not temperature-dependent but largely constant. By adding desiccant, the relative humidity in this pack can be kept below the critical level of 45% RH for corrosion and mould formation, if necessary for many years. This makes the climate-controlled packaging a protective system for exports to the most difficult climatic zones on earth, as well as for the general long-term preservation of all types of civil and military equipment. Application: Climatic packaging is prefabricated appropriately to the product, as flat bags, box or cardboard inserts, machine covers or special designs. Dimensions of any size can be manufactured. The climatic packaging is closed by heat sealing, simply and reliably. The addition of desiccant is reliably calculated according to transport and storage time, as well as the surface of the climatic packaging. Climate packaging with desiccant: Are neutral in material and therefore universally applicable.
